Kelly has been using hot yoga and fitness since 2010 as a way to find clarity and balance from the busyness and stress of the world. Movement and the mind-body connection have transformed the way she feels – quieting the mind and bringing a grounded awareness to her life.

Melissa discovered yoga in 2010 while seeking movement to help manage chronic pain. She quickly found that yoga not only helped her feel better physically but also had a positive impact on her mental and emotional well-being. She was hooked!

Shelby specializes in 26 & 2 Hot Yoga, helping students connect deeply with their bodies and breath while honoring their individual limits and goals. She creates a welcoming, inclusive space where all levels can feel empowered to explore their practice and embrace transformation.

Jessica is a former 12 year Military Veteran turned Yogi/Personal Trainer. Being in the Army was hands down one of the greatest physical and mental challenges in Jessica’s years around the sun. It, along with yoga, has transformed her life in ways she would have never thought.
